Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
2 tbsp kosher dill pickle juice
1 kosher dill pickle, chopped
1/2 tsp minced onion
Fritos
(recipe calls for salt to taste, but I don’t use any. Salt comes from the Fritos you use to dip with)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and pickle juice until smooth. Add pickle and onion. Mix well.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I always use a minimum of 2 pickles for this size recipe. Actually, the more pickles the better. Pickles can be chopped big and chunky or small and fine depending on your taste.

You can also substitute garlic salt or powder for the minced onion. I have also used fresh onion and garlic in lieu of the dried.

Finally, I mix it by hand while Joyce and Mom use an electric mixer.

The longer it sits and marinates, the better the flavor.

Serve with Fritos for best results although you can use any chip or cracker.
