2 oz Jar of Taster's Choice instant coffee
4 C Sugar
2 C Boiling Water
1 pt Plain Brandy (Christian Brothers)
2 whole Vanilla Beans
2 dark quart Bottles
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the coffee, sugar, and water. Stir until the coffee and the sugar are dissolved. When cool, add the brandy. Pour into bottles. Cut one vanilla bean in half crosswise and put one half in each bottle. Close the bottles tightly and store in a dark place for 30 days. Then split the remaining bean in half and put one half in each bottle. It will keep indefinitely.
