1 Large Apple (prefer Granny Smith)
1/4 c Raisins

Dressing:
1/3 c. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Milk
2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce into bowl. Add peeled, cored and chopped apple. Add raisins. Make dressing by mixing together mayo, milk, sugar, vinegar and pepper until smooth and well blended. Pour on salad mixture and toss.

A top family favorite that can't be beat. If you want more tart dressing, add vinegar a little at a time. If you want a sweeter dressing, add more sugar.
