8-10 potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Kabassa ring sausage cut into small pieces
1 large onion cut into pieces
Chicken bouillon x3
12 cup water
4- 5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water in stock pot
add potatoes, bouillon, onion, kabassa cook slow till tender
4- 5 eggs whip together with enough flour to make thick
Just before serving bring to boil add egg and flour (dumpling). Spoon and drop into boiling soup 3-5 min. Salt and Pepper to taste and serve with crackers or homemade rolls or bread.
