1 small onion
1 cup celery
2 cups potatoes - diced
1 bag of California blend

Directions:
Directions:
Cover with water and cook until barely tender. Than add 1 bag of frozen peas. Melt in separate pan: 1/2 cube margarine, mix in 1 cup flour then 1 1/2 quart chicken base or 9 bullion cubes with 1 1/2 quarts water. Stir until real thick then add: 8 oz jar of cheese whiz. Add cooked bacon or ham and cooked vegetable and some of the water from the vegetable to the thickness you want. Heat until warm
