French bread

8 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 c. milk
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash salt


Praline topping:

2 sticks butter
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 T. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Slice French bread into 20 1" slices and arrange overlapping in dish. Combine eggs, half & half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Combine praline topping ingredients and spread topping over bread. Bake 40 minutes in 350º oven.
