1 cup rice, 1 tomato diced, 1/2 onion diced, 1 sprig thyme, 1/2 c. tomato sauce, 1/8 c. oil (not car, vegetable), 2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil on medium heat in 2 qt. sauce pan, add rice and brown (if it is black, then you didn't do it right) add water, tomato, onion, tomato sauce, thyme and salt. Cover. Cook until liquid is absorbed. DO NOT STIR WHILE RICE IS COOKING!
