2 C. whole wheat flour
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C old fashioned or quick oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/4 C. mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
2 eggs
3/4 C plain low fat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C raisins
1/3 C. butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 375
Spray 12-Cup muffin pan with cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine bananas, eggs, yogurt, butter and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture just until combined. Stir in raisins.
Spoon batter into muffin tin.
Bake 25 min. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

These muffins are great for breakfast and they are pretty healthy! You can adjust the amount of sugar (lower if you would like). I got the recipe from my mom and now we both like to make them. They are easy and quick and taste great!
