Mix
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons of crisco
cut with pastry blender or two knives into pea sized
sprinkle with 1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
mix with fork until flour is moistened. Gather dough together, gently, and form into a ball. Place between two pieces of waxed paper and roll from center out to desired size to dit pie pan. Line pie pan being careful not to stretch dough.
