4 - 6 oz. halibut per person
1 qt. milk ( I use 1/2 whipping cream 1/2 milk)
1 - 2 tsp. chopped pickled ginger
1 tbs. honey
2 vanilla bean
Miso paste to taste
1 qt. chicken broth
1 c. cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken broth, milk and vanilla bean - bring to a simmer - do not boil. Add halibut and cook until firm. Add the miso and honey to taste. Top with chopped cilantro. Pour some broth in bottom of bowl, top with fish. Can add sautéed spinach under fish for color.
