1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
1 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c.fat free mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve in a small dish with veggies and crackers or hollow out a small loaf of pumpernickel or sour dough bread. Use small pieces of bread to dip.
