8 to 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup spicy mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. pepper
Dash of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into equal pieces. thread onto skewers. Place in flat container. Combine all seasoning and pour over chicken. Marinate 1 to 4 hours. Remove and grill, 5 minutes per side.
