2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
5 c. apples (peeled and sliced)
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Add sugar to oil and cream. Add eggs, then vanilla and dry ingredients. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in a greased 9 x 13" pan at 350º for 60 minutes.
