1 tbsp. oil
2 c. rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil; brown rice in oil until light brown. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, and all other ingredients. Turn heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
