8c. water
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. onion, chopped
4 cans cream of celery soup
4 chicken bouillion cubes
2 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer water, onion, and bouillon cubes for 1/2-1 hour. Add broccoli and soup. Simmer another 1/2-1 hour. Then add cheese cubes and stir till melted. Do not boil or the cheese will burn to the bottom. Serve with bread.

You can use a couple cans of cream of chicken soup instead of all cream of celery.
