1 green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 onion, chopped
garlic powder to taste
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 can chicken broth
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 can water
1 c. salsa
1 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion and green pepper in a little butter till a light brown color. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve with Monterey-Jack cheese, cilantro, and crushed tortilla chips.

I came up with this one after reading a couple other white chili recipes, they all sounded good, so I sorta combined them all. I used way way way to much cayenne the first time, that was my first experience with heart burn, no fun!
