CRUST:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
FILLING:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup mashed bananas
TOPPING:
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 sliced banana tossed with
1 tsp lemon juice
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
OPTIONAL TOPPING:
melted semi-sweet baking chocolate
toasted chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.

FILLING: Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well-blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour into crust. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

TOPPING:
Top with strawberries, sliced bananas and pineapple. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with toasted chopped nuts. Cut into squares.
