2 ½ to 3 pound round eye roast
1 large onion slivered
2-3 large carrots sliced
Oil
Salt
Garlic salt
Pepper
Cummin ( just a little)
Wine & water
2 Bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Take a large pot, put enough oil in to cover the bottom of the pan
Place onion & roast in pan
Brown on high while adding salt, garlic salt, Pepper, Cumin & Bay leaves
After Roast is brown turn heat down to low and add ½ cup wine & 2/3 cups water
Add Carrots and simmer until Done. About 1 ½ hours.
