1 chopped onion
4-6 chicken breasts cut into 3rds or quarters
2 tbs oil
Garlic Salt
tsp Paprika
tsp Cumin
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 Tbs tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1 small jar of Pimentos
1/8 to cup wine

Using Pot
Fry onion in oil
Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, cumin
Fry until chicken is brown.
Add can of tomatoes, Tomato paste, bay leaves, jar of pimentos and wine cook on low heat.
