Boneless Chicken Breast 4-6 cut up in quarters
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Oregano
Potatoes 3 large cut in quarters
2 cup frozen Peas
3 large sliced Carrots
1/2 Onion
Green or red pepper (optional)
1 chicken bouillon cube
Oil
½ cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken in pan with oil, Seasoned with salt, pepper, Garlic Salt, Oregano and 1 onion cut in pieces.
Cook chicken till done. Add 1 chicken bouillon cube with ½ cup water. Add ½ cup of wine.
Add Potatoes, carrots, peas
