1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 can rotel
6 ounce (3/4 cup) bloody mary mix or V8 salsa
1 16 ounce can tomato sauce
1 16 ounce can water
1 can chopped green chilies
2 cans pinto beans
2 package little smokies (sliced)
1 package beef onion soup mix
3 zucchinis quartered and sliced
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 30-40 minutes on medium heat or until zucchinis soft. Ladle soup over mozzarella cheese. You may also serve with hot tortillas.
