London Broil steaks.
Season salt.
Italian dressing or virgin olive oil.
Bacon.
Toothpicks.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Score steaks with sharp knife on both sides.
Place steaks on rack of broiling pan.
Sprinkle with your favorite season salt.
Brush with Italian dressing or virgin olive oil.
Broil for 30 minutes at 325º.
15 minutes into broiling time, wrap bacon around steak using toothpicks to stabilize the bacon slices.
To check doneness, cut middle of steak with knife. Add 5 min. for rare, 6 min. for medium.
Slice in slanting position and remove toothpicks.
