Directions:
Mix the cocoa, butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time. Add nuts, vanilla, salt and flour. Pour batter in a 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Snip large marshmallows in half and place enough in the pan to cover the brownies. Return pan to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until marshmallows are soft and gooey. With a spatula gently smooth marshmallow layer. Let brownies cool completely in pan. To prepare frosting: mix the cocoa with enough boiling water to make a thick paste. Beat in the butter and powdered sugar. Add a little canned milk (1 tsp. at a time) as needed to achieve desired consistency. Spread over marshmallow layer.
