5 cups flour
1 qt buttermilk
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp salt
5 tsp soda
1 box (15oz) Raisin Bran, I prefer Total
1 cup oil
3 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
MIx together eggs, oil & buttermilk. Mix in flour, salt, soda, sugar and raisin bran. Pour in airtight container. Batter will last 6 weeks. Dip out what is needed each time. Keep covered and in the refrigerator. To prepare: spoon batter into sprayed or papered muffin tins, fill 2/3 full. Bake at 425º for 10-12 minutes. Do not stir batter.
Note: Can use other cereals like Banana Nut Cereal, Special K with Strawberries for different flavors.
