Sauce

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 lb Velveeta
1 container (small) Green onion dip (for chips)
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can chopped green chilies

Mix all in a saucepan and melt together. Pour over enchiladas. See directions for variations

BEEF:

1 1/2 - 2 lbs hamburger meat,
1 1/2 - 2 pks taco seasoning.
Make taco meat. Pour into flour tortillas. You can add other stuff here such as onions to taste, and more cheese, such as grated (any flavor). Put in pan and pour sauce over. Bake at 300º for 30 minutes.



CHICKEN:

4 -6 chicken breasts grilled.
Chop up grilled chicken and add cheese, sour cream and onions. Roll in tortillas, place in pan and pour sauce over. Bake at 300º for 30 minutes
