2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg or 2 egg yokes, beaten
4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add beaten egg and vanilla to milk. Mix like a pie crust. Roll to the thickness you like. Cut like biscuits. Spread one with melted butter and set another one on top. Bake at 400º for about 10 minutes or until light brown. Serve with prepared strawberries, milk or cool whip if desired.
