1 24-32 oz jar of your favorite tomato based pasta sauce
2 cups water
1/2 lb sliced pepperoni, quartered
1/2 lb Italian, or bulk breakfast sausage skins removed
1 medium bell pepper diced
1 medium onion diced
1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and brown sausage. Saute vegetables in sausage drippings until crisp tender. Pour jar of pasta sauce in soup pot or sauce pan, add all other ingredients except cheese. Heat until simmering. Ladle into soup bowls and top with mozzarella cheese.
