1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3 eggs
4 T. sugar
5 c. flour (or less)

Filling:

1/2 c. margarine
sugar to taste (at least 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: Melt butter and milk in saucepan or microwave. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in the warm water. Add butter and milk mixture, then add eggs (just beat with fork by hand), sugar, and flour (may take a little less). Dough should look like bread dough. Divide into 6 portions. Roll fairly thin, about the size of a dinner plate.
Filling: Mix filling ingredients together.
Spread mixture onto dough – use enough so it isn’t too thin. Roll and bake at 350º 20 - 25 minutes.
While still warm glaze with butter and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
Makes 6 nut rolls.
