Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2+ racks pork baby back ribs
Stubb's Lime Mustard dry rub
1+ bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
I used to remove the membrane from ribs -- but it doesn't make much difference. Rub the dry rub on the meat - keep in fridge for a few hours if possible, but not necessary. Put in oven at 325º for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. When the meat starts pulling back from the bone - they're almost done!

Then, two options:

1. Turn up oven to 400º and do the bbq sauce below
2. Go to the grill and turn up med-high

Slather the BBQ sauce on a side and roast/grill for 5 minutes. Flip them over, sauce again and roast/grill for 5 minutes. Do this a couple times 'til it looks yummy and almost breaking apart. Take 'em off and let them rest for about 10 minutes. Cut in to 3-4 bone servings.
