Directions: |
Directions:Flatten chicken breasts with wooden malet until very thin. Season with salt and pepper and rosemary ( I do not measure the seasonings just use as much as I prefer to use). Lay cheese (swiss or provolone) and ham on breast and roll up. Combine milk and eggs. Dip rolled up chicken breast in milk and egg mixture. Roll in cracker crumbs to coat. Brown in hot oil and garlic "short time, just enough time to brown both sides...") Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until done depending on size of chicken breasts. |
