2 cups diced onion
2 cups of thinly sliced celery
3 sticks melted butter
9 cups of stale bread crumbs (Recommends large bag of Petridge Farms bread crumbs)
2 tsp salt (or substitute for chicken bullion cubes)
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp sage
1 small can of oysters (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter until onions are golden. Toss onions, celery, and butter into a large mixing bowl with bread crumbs. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly. If you prefer moist dressing, add 1 cup of chicken broth or1 cup of water with 1 chicken bullion cube. Options: 1) You can stuff into a turkey before you put it in the oven. 2) You can put it into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350º. 3) You can eat it as is after you mix it together. 4) You can also add 1 small can of oysters if you decide to bake the dressing.

Always a Thanksgiving favorite. If you want the quick recipe for stuffing/dressing, just buy Stove Top stuffing and add a little chopped celery and onion to make it a little better!
