Add ingredients to 1/2 c. softened butter

Fruit Preserve Butter:
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 T. choice of fruit preserves

Honey-Pecan Butter:
1/4 c. honey
2 T. chopped pecans
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Maple Butter:
2 T. pure maple syrup

Lemon-Chive Butter:
2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
6 drops of hot pepper sauce

Parsley-Herb Butter:
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 T. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Tip: Flavored butters can be shaped into stars. Spoon softened butter mixture into pastry bag fitted with star tip. Pipe butter stars onto waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm.

Tip: Herb flavored butters can also be shaped into rolls and sliced. Refrigerate butter mixture until slightly firm. Form butter mixture into a roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Remove waxed paper. Slice into pats.
