12 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 quart whipping cream
1 pint bourbon
1/2 pint dark Jamaican Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until very light. While beating eggs, slowly add sugar, bourbon and rum. Whip the cream. Fold the eggs into the whipped cream. It is best to make this a day ahead and keep cool. when ready to serve, gently mix or fold the entire mixture and serve
