3 cups brown sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup chopped nuts
1 T vanilla
2 T butter
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, cream and butter in saucepan and cook, stirring constantly until reaches 240 degrees. Remove from heat, add vanilla and cool without stirring until reaches 110 degrees. Beat until thick and creamy. Pour into buttered pan and mark into squares
