1 package prepared Cole slaw or 2 heads Napa
Cabbage, shredded
1 bunch green onions
1/3 cup butter
1 package Oriental Raman Noodles
2 T Sesame seeds
1 cup slivered almonds

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
seasonings from noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage and onions, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter, mix the ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds with the butter. Bake on a baking sheet turning often to make sure they do not burn. Cook until lightly browned.

Combine dressing ingredients, shake very well. Combine salad, crunchies and dressing just before serving, or crunchies will be soggy

May also add cut up chicken, snap peas etc.
