3 - 4 cucumbers
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 pt. sour cream (or a little less)
Vingegar to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers paper thin and cover with ice and salt in a bowl. Let stand until ice melts. Place cucumbers on a towel and ring water out. Put back into bowl and sprinkle with vinegar to taste. Mix with cottage cheese, sour cream, and pepper to taste. Better if made 2 -3 hours before serving.
