4 - 5 apples
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs (or 1/2 c. Eggbeaters)
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples into a large mixing bowl. Pour sugar over apple slices and stir to coat. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over sugared apples. Mix all together to evenly coat apples. Pour into a well greased 3 qt. oblong baking pan and bake at 350º about 70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
