1/4 c. margarine
1 c. onion, chopped
4 c. cooked white rice
2 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 small cans green chilies, diced
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease a 12x8x2 casserole dish. In a skillet, saute onions in melted margarine until golden. Remove from heat, stir in rice, sour cream, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, chilies and cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
