1/2 lb bacon
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1/4 c chopped flat leaf parsley
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped and seeded (canned diced tomatoes work well...use 1/2 cup canned tomatoes and be sure to drain)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the strips of bacon until crispy. Let the bacon cool and coarsely chop. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, tomatoes and bacon. Chill before serving. Serve with potato chips.
