1 c. chopped fresh cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. mayonnaise (can use non fat)
1 T. orange juice
4 - 5 c. shredded cabbage (regular or Chinese cabbage)
1 c. Mandarin orange slices, drained and cut into halves or thirds
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine cranberries and sugar. Stir well; set aside.
In salad bowl combine cabbage, oranges and green onion. Add cranberries, orange juice and mayonnaise; toss lightly. Serve immediately.
