Beef Stew meat
Carrots
Celery
Potatoes
Onions
Garlic
Green peppers
Bottle of Catsup
3 T. Worchestershire Sauce
Water
Flour for beef stew meat
Oil for browning meat

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef stew meat into bite size pieces and dredge in flour. Brown in oil in large soup pot. Add quartered onions and chopped garlic. When meat is browned, add water to fill pan about ½ full. Add bottle of catsup and Worchestershire sauce. Add roughly chopped carrots, celery, green peppers and potatoes. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours or until meat is tender. Delicious served with hot biscuits and butter.
