1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 T. butter
1 T. chopped parsley
2 c. cubed dry bread
1 T. water
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. sage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pound round steak thin. Lightly cook onion and celery in butter until golden, add bread cubes, seasoning, parsley and water. Cut meat into strips, spread with dressing. Roll up and fasten with string. Roll in flour then brown in hot fat. Dilute soup with 1 c. water, pour over meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
