4 1/2 cups white sugar
1 - 12oz can evaperated milk
1 - 5oz jar marshmellow creme
1/2 pound butter (2 sticks)
3 - 6oz packages semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup choped nuts
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large (3 quart) pot. Bring to boil anf boil for 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add: marshmellow creme, chocolate chips and nuts and mix well.
Stir in butter until melted and then vanilla and stir.
Pour in buttered pan 10X16, chill in fridge, cut in to pieces.
