3 tbsp honey
1 3/4 tsp of salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp yeast
3.5 cups of flour

© preheat oven to 375 let dough rise for 45 minutes till doubles...i use muffin tins roll a small amount of dough into balls and put in buttered muffin tin..let rise for 10 minutes...use scissors and snip two spots on top of bun make a X drizzle melted butter over the whole bun and brush sides then sprinkle with coars sea salt...bake for 30 to 35 minutes till golden brown. once again brush buns with melted butter when they come out of the oven. Enjoy

If you want more layers to your rose like pedals don't roll dough in tight balls just kinda form them into a ball this will give you a true rose pedal look.
