1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted3 tbsp. panko crumbs1-1/4 lb turkey tenderloins split in half if large seasoned with salt and pepper2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Pulse 1/3 cup almonds in mini food processor until finely ground. Transfer to shallow dish and stir in panko. Roll tenderloins in almond-panko crumb mixture to coat. Heat oil in saute pan over medium-high, 2 minutes. Sear tenderloins until golden, about 5 minutes. Flip and saute until meat registers 160 about 5-8 minutes more. Remove tenderloins from pan, transfer to a baking sheet, and keep warm in the oven until ready to eat.
