1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2/ tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. Quaker oats
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
8 to 12 oz. Cool Whip
2 to 3 bananas

Melt & cool margarine. Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, margarine & vanilla. Pour into greased & floured 9x12 pan. Bake at 350º for about 20 min, until lightly browned. Stir in pan as it cools, every 5 min. Crumble with hands. In round 9 in. glass bowl, spread thin layer of Cool Whip, add layer of crumbs, then layer of sliced bananas, repeat layering, end with Cool Whip and crumbs. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs.
