Ingredients:  
1 can sliced potatoes drained
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 to 1/2 c heavy cream
1/3 c Velveeta Cheese cubed
1 Betty Crocker Pie Crust
1/2 c chopped cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, soup, cream & chicken in a pan and heat until bubbling, turn heat down and cook 4 minutes. Add cheese stirring til melted. Salt & pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a pie dish and top with pie crust. Brush crust with melted butter and bake at 350º until crust is brown, about 25 to 35 minutes.
