1 can garbanzo beans, drained
3 tablespoons tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice (or 1-2 lemons)
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor
Add about 1/4 cup water; puree and blend well
Slowly add olive oil until desired consistency reached

Tahini sauce is available at most grocery stores in the ethnic aisle. It is usually packaged in a can.
