10 lbs of fine ground meat
3 tbs accent
1 tbs garlic
4 tbs sugar
2 tbs black pepper
5 tbs salt
3-4 tbsp liquid smoke
¼ - ½ cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients then add to meat
Mix until sticky then roll between 2 sheets of wax paper
Sprinkle and dry.
