8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. shredded mozzarella
1 C grated Parmesan
2 cloves minced garlic
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained & pulled apart
mayonnaise to moisten (less than 1 cup)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mash. Bake in an uncovered casserole dish for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. Serve hot out of the oven with slices of baguette bread.

I got this recipe from my friend Stacy who was in my master's program with me. I had never tried artichokes until I met her and now I love trying new recipes with artichokes. This recipe is a big hit at parties but is very fattening and addictive!
